Paris refuses to bail out Barron Hilton from jail.

Hell ‘hath frozen over. Apparently Paris Hilton is now the moral police. Teaching lessons and everything.

TMZ says, We’re told Paris rejected her brother’s request, telling her 18-year-old brother, “You’re going to learn your lesson.” TMZ also knows Paris was “very upset and very disappointed in him.”

What? I guess Paris is now the purveyor of all things right with our world. She should become a highschool counselor now, I mean, lets face it, she was just in jail…she must have came out a changed woman!

He is also wanted by the fashion police for that hideous shirt.

This is Paris Hilton’s brother, in case him receiving a DUI didn’t already clue you in.

TMZ says, Cops tell TMZ he was driving a black Mercedes on Pacific Coast Highway with a passenger — not one of his sisters– when he was pulled over at a 76 gas station.

Cops say Barron begged and pleaded to get out of it, even offering them his riches. He did not offer them the shirt however.
