    Congratulations, Nicole Ritchieand Joel Madden!

    The two welcomed their baby girl, who they named Harlow Winter Kate Madden, at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

    The baby girl wweighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was declared healthy (a small miracle considered her mom drank and smoked for several weeks before she discovered she was pregnant).

    Richie’s rep said, “The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents.”
